I’m currently testing PacKit as part of my workflow and it’s looking quite promising. I’m using a registry key as my detection method, but I’ve noticed that PacKit’s registry detection seems to rely solely on the “Value” field. If I leave this field blank, the upload fails.
Is there a way to configure detection using just the registry key (“Key Exists”) without specifying a value?
You’re right, currently, we only support value detection for registry entries.
I’ve added an improvement to our internal TODO list to extend this functionality and include other criteria, such as detecting whether a registry key exists.
