Version 1.6 has been released

This version includes multiple improvements for PSADT users.

  1. v1.6 allows you to import a PSADT (3.x) package in your PacKit workspace by simply picking the file from disk. Once in the workspace, with 1-click you can generate an intunewin and upload it to your Intune tenant without manually copying your package details.

  2. Clone a package to add a new version - with this option, you can easily update a custom package from your workspace (Winget packages be automatically updated by PacKit); just right-click on a package in the list → select “Clone” from the context menu and pick the new version of your package.

PacKit will create a new application in the workspace, re-using the description, icon, command lines, user assignments, and detection criteria from the previous application - which you can upload with one click to Intune.

  1. Set custom install and uninstall command lines for the PSADT launcher. Until yesterday you could only set the install and uninstall commands for the packages you wrapped with PSADT, now you can also customize the command lines used to execute the PS1 launcher file from PSADT.
